Daša Ličen at the Workshop on Animal History on the University of Vienna

Daša Ličen, a researcher at the Institute of Slovenian Ethnology, organized an international scholarly workshop on April 9–10, 2025, at the Institute for Economic and Social History at the University of Vienna. As part of her postdoctoral project For Beasts, Against Savages: Toward a Long History of the Animal Rights Movement, she presented a paper titled The Habsburg Empire: Tamed and Untamed at the workshop on animal history, Workshop on Animal History.
